Development and application of intermediate frequency furnace of JHK series for gold metallurgy

The JHK series intermediate frequency furnace for gold metallurgy, which is the first case in China fully digital controlled, is an effective and stable intermediate frequency furnace for gold metallurgy.
It uses fully digital power-constant control and unique furnace structure, with constant heating power to ensure fast and stable temperature rising. Secondly, the capacity cabinet and the intermediate frequency cabinet are integrated into one cabinet, realizing full digitalization and integration. And furthermore, elevation reduction box is used to move the furnace up and down. This intermediate frequency furnace is specially designed for gold metallurgy, and it features easy operation, safe and reliable, quick heating up, stable and effective, compact, and energy saving.This project was awarded the second prize for science and technology development by China Gold Association in 2007.
