JHR-E Series of Active Carbon Regenerator with Electrical Heating and Rotary
The technical characteristics are as follows: (1) High degree of automation, more accurate of regeneration temperature control: Automatic control system uses PID to control heating system, automatic recorder of heating temperature can record the heating time, heating temperature, heating curve, in order to analysis and adjust heating time, heating temperature and other technical parameters. (2) Fast of heating up, high rate of heat utilization: The device is heated by high temperature electric heating furnace and the waste heat is used to preheat the regeneration of carbon, the cost of regeneration is low. (3) High rate of iodine recovery: The using of high temperature extraction technology prompts the development of the porosity of activated carbon, increases the iodine value and the adsorption rate. (4) Low carbon loss: The carbon-into system uses spiral mode, regenerated carbon does not occur rigid fragmentation, strictly controls the oxygen content of the activated carbon regeneration furnace, the carbon will not burn, and thus to avoid the loss of carbon combustion. (5) A wide range of application: The equipment can be used for the regeneration of activated carbon in environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. The main technique parameters of JHE series equipments: Regenerating capacity is 500-20000 kg/d; Power rating is 50-750 kW; Heat source uses electricity, natural gas or diesel; Sealing mode is multichannel graphite packing gland; Structure type is external heating, refractory fiber furnace, steel chassis structure; Continuous production capacity is 0.5-10 t/d.
