KXT series of Down –moving trapezoid jig of mines

   KXT type down –moving trapezoid jig of mines is a kind of equipment of gravity concentration. It has been widely applied to the recovery of heavy minerals such as placer gold, rock gold, iron ore, tin ore, tungsten ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore and so on.

   Having taken the advantages of many jigs and modern designing method, it is a new type of equipment of gravity concentration developed by our institute. Results of ore test have proved that the placer gold is over 95%. When gold size is over 0.074mm, the recovery of gold can be up to above 90% in the recovery of free gold in the ore of gangue gold, ratio of concentration can be over 30 times. This equipment has been applied to the recovery of free gold in closed-circuit of grinding of more than 10 gold mines. Production practice has proved that the effect is quite perfect. Therefore, it is appraised by users. This equipment has obtained patent right of China.  Number of the patent: ZL00210799.6.
