STG series of Placer Gold Washing and Selecting Unit
STG placer gold washing and selecting unit is one kind of portable placer gold washing and selecting equipment. since it is put into production, it has found application in more than 10 mines in 5 provinces of our country, in 1989, this equipment infiltrated into the international market, the products has been sold in Bolivia, Ethiopia, Surinam, Guinea，Indonesia, Coted’Voire and so on. The production practice has proved that this equipment is designed reasonably and easy to install, which has the advantages of reliable operation and low difference of elevation, it does not need the base of the concrete, so it is easy to disjoint, maximal weight of single piece is no more than 4 t. Installed on single hauling jimmy, it can be respectively drawn by bulldozer. It is convenient to take away, and simple to operate, moreover, operator can run this equipment without special training. This equipment is suitable for the exploitation of the deposits of placer gold in terrace, sloping field, river valley that easily dries up. Ore-feeding can be finished by grab, wheel loader-wheel and bulldozer. Production capacity is from 15 to 20 cube meters, installation power is 8KW, water consumption is 60～70 m3/h, the overall weight of equipment is about eight tons.
